Our specialist team of Planning Supervisors have a wide range of experience in all construction projects and provide a proactive service in full compliance with the Construction, Design & Management (CDM) Regulations for demolition, new build, refurbishment and maintenance works.

Our Service

As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring our Clients conform to the latest Health & Safety regulations, our Asbestos Management Service provides a live record of asbestos issues within a property.

Surveys

Properties are prioritised by age and type and, where appropriate, asbestos surveys are carried out and a maintenance plan formulated. This information is then available to Clients, their approved agents and contractors via the Internet on a room-by-room basis linked to floor plans.

Ongoing Support

Where asbestos has been found, we undertake an annual survey/inspection of the Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM’s) and, where the condition/status of the ACM’s has deteriorated and require removing, source contractors to carry out removal works and any additional work such as encapsulation.

Associated Services

We are also able to incorporate Fire Risk Assessments and Disability & Discriminations Act (DDA) surveys on the same database.
