Commercial Building Surveys
Our commercial building surveys are specifically tailored to suit each individual client. This could range from the comprehensive inspection of whole buildings, Structural Survey, to the analysis of a specific defect, Defect Analysis.
Acquisition Survey
An Acquisition Survey would provide guidance if you are considering the purchase of a property. Our reports provide clear and unambiguous advice. We also give guidance on prioritising repair works and can provide cost estimates. Finally, we can provide assistance with proposed alterations and fit out works, using our Computer Aided Design and Measured Survey skills.
Repair & Maintenance
All buildings require maintenance and repair. We act for and on behalf of Customers in setting up Property Maintenance Programmes to assist in the management of local and national property portfolios. This would include inspecting and diagnosing defects, obtaining quotations and tenders, arranging and monitoring works and authorising payment on completion. We also provide comprehensive Design and Project Management services for Customers considering more extensive repairs and alterations.
Landlord & Tennant
We carry out inspections on commercial and industrial buildings in order to advise Customers where there are failures by the Landlord or Tenant to comply with their legal obligations to repair, decorate or reinstate alterations in accordance with the terms of the lease. This could be at the start of the lease to record any pre-existing defects, Condition Survey, during the term of the lease, Interim Schedule of Dilapidations or at the end of the lease when the property is due to be vacated, Final Schedule of Dilapidations
