RP&P Management Limited was established in 1984 as an independant organisation to provide professional services within the construction industry

The company is fully independent with no ties to any supplier or service provider and can therefore provide best service and value to the Client.

Since the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations were first introduced in 1994, the Company has strengthened and expanded its resources to competently fulfil the role of CDM C0-ordinator (previously Planning Supervisor).

The Company currently provides specialist services for Building Surveying, Project Management, Facilities Management, Consultancy and Training.

RP&P Management Limited is a sister company to Rex Procter & Partners, a major construction consultancy and regional Chartered Quantity Surveyors.

RP&P Asbestos Services Limited provides specialist asbestos services.
